Glacière reçu hier mise en service ce matin. Le petit compartiment ne fonctionne pas. Impossible de régler la température. La température revient toujours à zéro et le grand compartiment ne va pas en dessous de - 7. J’espère un retour du service client

consegnato due giorni dopo la data inserita nell'annuncio, la mia partenza era stata prefissata e legata a biglietti traghetto quindi non ho avuto modo di averlo in tempo, vacanza senza frigo, quindi non ho commenti aggiuntivi se non negativi

The fridge arrived broken, without gas in the system. Apparently it's easy to fix, they refunded me 2/3 of the price so I could fix it myself. I stupidly agreed and the fridge ended up in the trash. A friend bought a similar one, and he probably didn't have the same luck as me. Guess what, same problem. Don't buy it.

Chladnička sa použila 2krát a dvierka chladničky zostali prehnuté/zdeformované tak že z chlaničky uniká chlad a kompresor nestíha v tomto prípade chladiť. Chladnička je inak skvela no kvalita dvierok z nepochopiteľnych dôvodov ostala zdeformovana a unika z nej chlad.

Esperienza molto negativa, le immagini del prodotto sono fuorvianti, attenzione perchè ho scoperto solo oggi, sulla mia pelle, che non è possibile utilizzare il comparto piccolo come congelatore ma solo come frigo, mentre invece nella figura fa vedere il gelato nel comparto piccolo e lattine di coca nel comparto grande. In buona sostanza solo il comparto grande funzione come FREEZER e per ottenere una temperatura accettabile di conservazione nel comparto piccolo è obbligatorio avere -20°C nel grande. Va da se che l'utilizzo del solo frigo implica avere un comparto piccolo con temperature elevate e non utilizzabile, ma questo lo si scopre solo sul manuale d'uso che ricevi con il prodotto. Ho chiesto di restituirlo perchè prodotto a me non interessante ed acquistare un frigo più utilizzabile ma per il momento nessuna risposta a riguardo, per cui ATTENZIONE a questo non tanto piccolo dettaglio !!!

Vevor falsely claims to offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. My freezer didn’t work, and they refused to refund me. On top of that, the included 12V cable was not compatible with North American outlets. I received a partial refund to purchase a different cable, but I was never able to get a full refund for the freezer, even though I wanted to return it. Vevor wouldn’t accept the return, claiming that a non-functional freezer was not a sufficient reason.

Déçu de mon achat, la zone la plus froide (congélation) est la plus grande ce qui n’a aucun sens. On ne peux pas gérer les deux zones indépendamment. Ce n’est absolument pas écrit dans la description du produit. Je souhaite un échange contre un produit mono zone
