Beware of poor customer service

The unit did not power up after charging it according to the startup instructions. The Vevor company unfortunately lived up to its reputation in opposite directions. My previous experience of great performance from their products took a huge hit. Their customer service to support troubleshooting of the issue was nonexistent. Multiple emails led to an initial offer of $268 compensation on an almost $900 unit. The issue was thankfully resolved in accepting the return of the unit & a full refund.

Wouldn’t power on.

None of the buttons would work so it wouldn’t power on without plugging it in to shore power. Customer service was pretty slow since there’s no good way to contact them.

Purchased this VEVOR 2400W 2160Wh power station and it arrived completely Dead on Arrival (DOA). The LCD display was frozen showing "188" across all segments, and the unit would not take any charge or power on. Dealing with customer service to get this resolved was a complete headache. Save yourself the frustration and buy from a different brand. Do not buy.

Was empty when it arrived. Did not charge with AC. Had to connect it to the car to charge. You have to build a cable to connect to the car. Vevor support is terrible. I got an answer after three weeks.

By far the worst online shopping I have ever expienced!!! Receved the VEVOR Portable Power Station, 2400W and it did not work right out of the box. It is now a month later all we get is a response from them that says they will respond in 24 to 48 hours. Still waiting to hear from them! No return label and no refund. I do not recomend buying from VEVOR.
