Very strong springs. I would take the time to make sure this is the correct spring for your application. 8.5 ft door with hurricane struts and the electric door opener needs to push to close the door fully.

I bought this product to replace my broken old spring. It comes with all tools required. That makes my job easier. The quality of build is very good. But the price is much cheaper than similar product that I see on other web site. I'll definitely buy again from Vevor in the future.

I had the Wayne Dalton spring system and the spring broke. I decided to change over to a conventional spring system because the other system had too many parts that were destined to fail sooner or later. I am currently building a garage with a 14' high ceiling. All the professional installers in my area wanted over $5k to install a 9'X8' overhead door on the back wall of this garage so instead I bought a box store door for under $2k and installed it myself. Since these box store doors are only meant for an 8' ceiling with an available "high-lift" option for a 10' ceiling, I modified the factory tracks and built my own custom high-lift application which meant the factory available torsion spring conversion kit would not work. I built my own using replacement commercial door parts and I used these springs and they work great! As a bonus, they came out roughly 25% cheaper than anyone else AND included the winding bars (another $40 saving). I greatly recommend these!

Those torsion springs work perfectly on my garage door after replaced for a single broken torsion spring.

Bought these considering they will work for my double garage door but support mentioned they are short for my door. Instead of return I was offered 25 refund which I accepted. I am optimistic that atleast one will be usable as only one spring normally breaks. Appreciate support telling me the truth.
