during the past year I have ordered 4 of these seats for different houses. the two I have in constant use have both broken one on one side of the plastic coated platform and one on both sides of the platform. They are for my wife of 60 kilos and have in no way abused. It's good and bad. My dad found it comfortable and easy to wipe his bum because he was able to remove one handle out of the way and put it back to help him get up. The padded seat was also great for longer periods on the toilet. The only downfall was it had no sleeve going down into the bowl, and being higher could sometimes end very messy. We punched a second chair with this sleeve or shoot and screwed it to the underside of this chair, making it work perfectly.

This was easy to put together and it is very sturdy. The only thing I don’t like is the splash guard. It’s too deep. In order for me to clean my toilet properly I have to remove the chair and then put it back when I am finished cleaning.

I received the ordered unit in its original box package that appeared undamaged. But when I opened it and removed the seat from its original plastic bag, it had indelible smudges on it and the leather was separating from the rest of the seat in a fairly large area on the left side. I was understandably disappointed! I would like to have a new seat sent to me to replace the damaged one. Please advise.

This chair defected so I cannot install . I requested return and received full refund

I have asked and asked (at least five times) for a refund because the raised toilet seat did not work on our bidet. It made things very dangerous for us to use the raised seat. I never heard anything from vevor. It seems as if they make promises for refunds but never I mean never in my case make it so returns can be made. If they would just return my money or at least provide me with a sticker to return it I would be so happy. Watch your purchases carefully NOW>
