Tragiczny kontakt! Napisałam kilka wiadomości z prośbą o adres do zwrotu, ponieważ siedzisko nam nie pasuje, zero odpowiedzi!

during the past year I have ordered 4 of these seats for different houses. the two I have in constant use have both broken one on one side of the plastic coated platform and one on both sides of the platform. They are for my wife of 60 kilos and have in no way abused. Obviously I´m not happy about this but would be in agreement if you could send me two replacements of only the seat. durante el ultimo año he comprado 4 sillas para casas diferentes. los dos que estan en uso continuo estan rotas one a los dos lados y la otra a un lado. Son para mi mujer que pesa 60 kilos y se ha usado con cuidado. Naturalmente no estoy contento pero me conformaria con que me mandes dos plataformas para reemplazarlas. no tengo fotos pero los puedo hacer

Framework of arms should be wider for 350 lb maximum weight person as per description.

It's good and bad. My dad found it comfortable and easy to wipe his bum because he was able to remove one handle out of the way and put it back to help him get up. The padded seat was also great for longer periods on the toilet. The only downfall was it had no sleeve going down into the bowl, and being higher could sometimes end very messy. We punched a second chair with this sleeve or shoot and screwed it to the underside of this chair, making it work perfectly.

I received the ordered unit in its original box package that appeared undamaged. But when I opened it and removed the seat from its original plastic bag, it had indelible smudges on it and the leather was separating from the rest of the seat in a fairly large area on the left side. I was understandably disappointed! I would like to have a new seat sent to me to replace the damaged one. Please advise.

This chair defected so I cannot install . I requested return and received full refund
