Bought it for my daughter. She tried it out and it worked perfectly. We were very happy with it. It seems durable and definitely sufficient for hobbyist throwing. I might get one for myself!

Das Gerät hält, was es verspricht. Ich bin absolute Anfängerin und komme super mit diesem Gerät zurecht. Es hat ganz schön power und kann super reguliert werden. Das einzige, was mich wirklich stört, ist die Schale und dass diese nicht dicht ist. Somit läuft das Wasser was an den Seiten heraus geschleudert wird immer wieder auf den Boden und auf die Maschine. Ansonsten kann ich über diese Maschine nichts schlechtes sagen und absolut einen Kauf empfehlen.

Good for begginers. Worked well with clay load 4kg weight at once. Finishing is poor and has lots of sharp edges or poorly painted layers. Pedal works OK, but I needed to put silicon bcz it was too slippery. Surrounding plastic bowl is too tight and licks both sides during using. However, taking into account price, it's worth it for beginners or hobbyists. I have pictures but web isn't working to download

Tra i vari provati, questo tornio ha un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, per funzionalità, rumore (davvero minimo) ed estetica. Nonostante all’arrivo abbia riscontrato un problema con la vaschetta, il team di supporto VEVOR è stato comprensivo e pronto a risolverlo. Posso dire che il tornio fa il suo lavoro, e lo consiglierei a chi è alle prime armi come me.

Un prodotto di buona qualità ed ideale per chi come me è alle prime armi e vuole provare a sperimentare l'arte della lavorazione al tornio senza dover spendere troppo.

Le tour : très bien. L’info consommateurs : lamentable. Très bon rapport qualité prix pour ce tour, même si je ne sais rien de la fiabilité à long terme. Un défaut : pieds beaucoup trop courts ; je les ai remplacés par des tubes PVC de 50mm (pour eaux usées), rigidifiés par un tasseau de bois à l’intérieur. Info consommateurs : le site dit n’importe quoi. Deux modèles différents ont la même référence GCJX-008. Pour le tour de 28cm, il est écrit en grosses lettres 450W, mais en petites lignes, c’est 350W ! J’ai acheté le 35cm. Auparavant, suite à mes questions, on m’avait confirmé (très gentiment) que la puissance était 450W (mais il n’y a aucune plaque sur l’appareil pour donner la référence et la puissance). Je doute de ces 450W, que je vais faire vérifier. On m’a dit que le diamètre est 36 (en réalité c’est 35), qu’il y a un panneau LCD (faux !), que le poids est 20 kg (c'est 17 kg). Bref, on ne sait pas ce qu’on achète! La garantie annoncée est de 12 mois. Impossible : en France la garantie légale est de 24 mois, jamais moins. J’ai signalé ces problèmes voici un mois, on m’a dit que ce serait rectifié, mais rien à ce jour. Malgré toutes ces informations fausses, je l’ai gardé car il convient pour ce que je veux en faire : cela semble un bon produit. Mais tant de choses fausses, ça pose problème. Vevor doit se monter plus sérieux.

Have used a few times, I can tell ya, it definitely spins at a good speed. I was a little scared going in that it wouldn't get up to a speed I would need for throwing clay, but it does for sure. Can already start to smell it burning out unfortunately. I'm worried about it's lifespan. Foot pedal never worked, so all my adjustments on speed are done on the screen with my clay-covered hands. Not a deal breaker, but a tad annoying. No bat-pins, so you have to throw directly on a tough surface. Never had problems with that, but it's good to know going in that you would have to make some serious adjustments if you want to include bats.

Vevor 35 cm pottery wheel is reasonable priced, taking into consideration following: • motor is promising 450 W; • plastic pedal for RPM control works fine, more robust would improve overall feeling about it; • electronic speed control lack of ability to control low RPM, from 0 it jumps to 60; • top metal housing plate has no edge preventing spillage, therefore be careful: especially »power in« connector is exposed to water (as well switches on/off and left/right); • even top plate is made of thin metal; • plate pulley is not in center, some »eccentric« noise and vibrations are noticed; • total wheel weight is 20 kg.
