Article qui ne fonctionne pas. Aucune réponse ni sur le remboursement ni sur le renvoie de larticle. Depuis une semaine je n'ai aucune réponse sur la procédure de renvoi ni de remboursement.

Déçu par ce tour. Trop rapide même à basse vitesse, la pédale trop sensible et surtout, le moteur n’est pas « fluide », il fonctionne par « accoup » sûrement un moteur faiblement bobiné (on sent l’alternatif) ce qui fait que la pièce que l’on tourne peut vite être decentré. Pas du tout pour débutant et ni pour professionnel. J’ai voulu acheter à faible prix maintenant c’est un tour qui ne sert à rien.

n achetez surtout pas c est une catastrophe c est un jouet qui tombe en panne des qu' on l utilise un peu............ une catastrophe ............si vous voulez perdre de l'argent allez y !!! je suis très déçu de ce produit...

Wheel was wobbly and made a clunking sound. First the service provider tried to convince me that this was normal. Then when I asked for a refund to send the wheel back, they declined to give me a refund to send the wheel back. They only gave me the option to get not even half of my money back and keep the wheel or get sent a new one with no refund. I opted for the new one and they sent me a second wobbly wheel that had a clunking sound . After this, I gave up. Not shopping from this company again.

The basin leaks. There is a defect at the joint because the plastic is warped. After inquiring with customer support, their response was that it was normal for it to leak. Literally word for word customer support said “it is normal for it to leak”. I am new to the pottery world but I’m pretty sure this is not suppose to be normal. Maybe it is normal for all vevor products which is concerning.

I received a defective pottery wheel. I worked with customer service for over two months, during which time they repeatedly asked me to make repairs myself, even after I said I was not willing/able to do so. My dad (who is very handy) helped me. He determined the problem is that key components were incorrectly shimmed, and this is a major repair. The wheel could not have been tested prior to shipment. Even though I originally contacted customer service within the 30-day window required in Vevor's return policy, and the support techs agreed the wheel is defective, Vevor has flat-out refused to honor their own policy. They will not let me return for a full refund. They offered to give me $20 as compensation to keep the defective pottery wheel. When I refused, they offered me $45. It is insulting. They should have given me the full refund AND an additional $45 for all the time my dad spent attempting repairs for them.
