The power cable from motor to wheel was sliced during manufacture assembly. Vevor solution was to destroy the wheel and they would refund or replace. We have enough landfill and was appalled at the solution. I offered to get electrician to fix, which they made very difficult to refund invoice so I just paid for it myself. I will not buy from vevor again As for the wheel is great however the peddle is very sensitive so difficult to set the right speed, it’s either too slow or too fast.

A good wheel for beginner to intermediate potters, especially for pottery classes and throwing medium-sized pieces (around 4-5 lbs). The performance is generally satisfactory and it provides a good experience for learning and practising wheel throwing. However, the material quality is poor. Part of the plastic base around the wheel head bottom arrived broken, which raises concerns about durability. Additionally, the pedal has a noticeable delay both when starting and stopping the wheel, making speed control less precise. The significant discount made me wonder whether this was related to old stock that needed to be cleared within a certain timeframe. I mention this because, two years ago, I purchased a cheaper Vevor model (with a 25 cm wheel head) and it has worked without any issues until now. Based on that experience, I expected better material quality from this model.

Uppnår inte kvaliteten som på en drej av kvalitetsmärke men små alster kan man absolut dreja. Vid drejning med lermängd över 1kg så blir det utmanande, svårt att hålla leran stabil och centrerad. Men som första drej är den helt okej.

Bonjour, j'ai reçu le tour de potier endommagé en plusieurs endroits. Il ne fonctionne pas. Le dessous de la girelle est cassé. C'est une déception.

I set it up yesterday and used it for a few minutes. It worked. Threw a small mug on porcelain. It was smooth. Tried to use it today but the wheel is not turning. The light switches on but machine isn’t working. A bit disappointing

Das Fußpedal funktioniert nach wenigen Tagen nicht mehr korrekt. Die Scheibe selbst ist grundsätzlich OK Extrem billige Ausführung des Pedals ! Kein Adaption des Kabels od so möglich. Nicht weiter zu empfehlen

It doesn't work :-( It doesnt respond to the pedal. It just spinns very fast when it is switched on. So I can't use it.

La girelle tremble, un gros bruit, le plateau plastique tremble. On dirait que les boulons anguleux frottent contre le plastique et que rien à l'intérieur n'est accroché.. 😅 Surement un défaut sur celui que j'ai commandé. Je vais en commander un autre pour voir.

Arrived broken, customer service insistent on sending a replacement pedal rather than allowing return/refund. Frustrating customer service that keeps making mistakes. 2.5 weeks later and the pedal STILL hasn’t even been shipped yet. Wouldn’t recommend on the risk of it not working being incredibly frustrating to resolve !

First try today, wheel has an immediate knock right out of the box. Difficult to work with and not worth the money, even at its price point. Feel I have wasted the money I could have put towards a different wheel.
