It’s a handy appliance for a cup of tea, much easier than boiling the kettle. On the highest setting, it’s not quite as hot as if I boiled the kettle, but good enough for a cup of tea. Would be nice if the cup tray was better secured to the unit, and if the tank lid was more secure as well, but it does the job.

The water dispenser is well-designed and dispenses hot water within seconds. It has a large water capacity, and the hot water comes out quickly. However, I don’t think it quite reaches the highest temperature setting on first use. I’ve noticed that when running a second cup, the water is hotter and closer to the listed temperature. The dispenser didn’t come with clear instructions, so it took me a few minutes to figure out how to use it. Would I recommend this dispenser? The answer is yes! Once again, Vevor has delivered a great product at an exceptional price.

Water flow was not steady as expected. Even water temperature set to 212 F, it not reaching 212F because,water flow is little by little and not heated all at once.

The unit is defective and does not dispense water. The water tank is full and properly installed, and I have confirmed that the tank outlet valve works normally. However, when I press the dispense button, the pump only runs briefly and then stops, while the low-water warning continues flashing. No water comes out at all. I have tried reinstalling the water tank and restarting the unit, but the issue persists. I would like to return the item for a full refund.

The water container plastic is very brittle, it cracked within 4 months of use for no reason I guess just with the water pressure in it and by using the grab handle when filled with water. Now leaking all over, useless. Never dropped or moved the unit, it always sat in a corner. Dispenser itself is a charm to use, instant hot bouling water, you choose dispense size, temperature etc. But that cracked water container plastic making me to throw it away in the garbage, unless Vevor or its manufacturer replaces the container, or offers a new upgraded unit, and I wil pay the difference. I am so disappointed :(

We bought a Vevor coffee machine first. When we discovered that the hot water tap couldn’t be used while brewing coffee, I purchased this hot water dispenser. We raved about it. The different temps and volumes. On day 3 it stopped working. It took a huge chain of emails and a review to get any answer. A new one was sent and that lasted two days. So disappointed in the support service with this company.

Already broke within 3 month

First unit i got, broke after a week. then gave them the benefit of the doubt and got a replacement unit. The replacement unit broke after 1 hour
