The product looks good and worked well. Have used it only once, so no comments on durability. If you're pretty handy and mechanically experienced and take your time assembling it, you'll get it done in spite of the poorly written and incomplete instructions.

The product is good, the price is reasonable. Some problems with delivery, which the customer service solved very well.

Just what we needed for our 4 pups

It works great even for 90# Labradors. I would have gone larger, but this 38" was all I could squeeze into my space for one. I was a little concerned that it would not work great for my two labs and that, once assembled, it might be too small. I was wrong. Perfect for them. Well made. There are a few things to consider, but they did not affect my rating. The door is not watertight! So, soaking dogs is not an option. Steps - a ramp would be better. Only because I have it in my garage, and when my labs get out, they get a little timid with the steps as they are small for them. So they JUMP out, and the epoxied garage floors are slippery. I just made a wooden ramp for them to walk down.

This purchase made my wife extremely happy. It’s great to be able to wash the dogs in a comfortable standing position. She loves the wand. The bath came in handy for a recent “blow-out” our dog had where she made a mess of her tail feathers. A quick rinse was easy. The size is perfect for our smallish medium-sized dogs (30 lb mini-aussies). I don’t know if we’ll ever get our dogs to climb the stairs up into it, but we can try… There are two points worth mentioning: 1. Even when the unit has been squarely leveled, it will still rock side to side due strictly to its design. It could use some diagonal support to mitigate the racking left and right. It doesn’t move enough to worry us that it may collapse, but the noise it makes when it does so freaks out the dogs. 2. The water connections were a challenge. After much time spent at the home center and asking several associates and passersby, I learned that the threading on the faucet connections do not match the threads of supply hoses. I could match the specified diameters, but the thread pitch did not match. It’s been a while since I installed the unit, and I have forgotten which is which, but one of them is a standard pipe thread while the other is a garden hose thread. Ultimately, I was advised to use a generous amount of Tru-Blu pipe thread sealant and to “torque the crap out of it.” This worked! I was able to get the connections screwed on fully and there have been no leaks. We are happy we bought the dog wash station.

The Vevor 38in Stainless Steel Dog Washing Station is an absolute game-changer! I wasn’t sure if our 40 lb heeler would fit, but she fits perfectly—and it also works great for our smaller poodles. The station was fairly easy to assemble; however, we did need to use different hoses since our home’s water valve connections weren’t compatible with the ones provided. Other than that, we had zero issues with assembly, no leaks during bath time, and found it to be extremely convenient. Highly recommend!

Sharp spots on metal Cut myself. The sliding door latch does not work and metal on latch could definitely be better. in general its good for price. the step up stool for pets is a weird shape and it does not fit well in the tub. having an area for pets to fall off...
