Terrible company. Awful customer service. Delivered the wrong item, which was returned. No person to speak with. Unable to re-order due to " verification " issue. NONSENSE. My credit card company says there is no reason payment should not go through. This company is tone deaf to communications.

La pompa si è bloccata solo dopo due mesi di utilizzo saltuario....

Installed this early May and by mid July it stopped working. Had electrician come look at his installation for wiring hookup because pump kept tripping breaker. Wiring is correct at control box and pump. I did purchased the extended warranty but so far have not received resolution for replacement or refund. I will update review when and if that happens. I will say it seemed like pump was well made when I opened the original purchase. Once hooked up the water pressure was great and it seemed like a good purchase. But once it started tripping the breaker at about 7 weeks of use, the trouble shooting for this item has been a real pain.
