When a new mixer was needed, I started looking and found this one on VEVOR. It is much heavier than my previous mixer, but that would be a good thing as bread making always pushed my old mixer to the max. When it arrived I was stunned. It needed it's own spot off the counter so we purchased a heavy duty cart to hold the mixer. When we had a small issue with getting it started, I sent an email to customer service. Their response was super fast and they asked very detailed questions so they could give the correct answer. We did figure it out on our own (it was user error). I sent a new email to customer service telling them we figured out the problem and they followed through twice to make sure it was working for us. Now - I love it! My first use was for a double batch of dinner rolls, which it handled with ease. Sometimes I look at the size of the bowl and think it's not worth using for something smaller, but it is because clean up is a breeze.

I was impressed by how beautifully it worked, and I absolutely loved it. I will definitely recommend it to anyone in search of a mixer.

Very pleased with our VEVOR 10Qt Commercial Food Mixer! I've used other brands, but the VEVOR has the strength and durability I need in a food mixer. Prepares breads and other "heavy mixes" well, kneading to a fine dough. I haven't tried the "lighter mixing" yet . . . egg whites, light batters, but with the multiple and well-designed attachments, I expect it will do a fine job.

Order this for my home bakery and it was a great decision… item came quickly and was packaged very well … Set up was easy and was ready for use right away… Machine is very quiet and the parts are very sturdy and easy to attach to machine… it doesn’t require any special plug so no additional power was needed… overall I will recommend for any home baker needing something reliable and easy to use

Needed a smaller mixer 15 quarts was just what I needed. Works like a charm. Great investment. I use it multiple times a week, no problem so far.

This mixer is amazing! You definitely need a sturdy table, I chose a wooden table, as it is heavy. It is easy to use, very powerful, and gets the job more than done! I am a soap maker and I use this for my Shampoo Bars, my 2nd best selling product. My batter is super heavy and thick and this mixer powers through it. Sorry I didn't purchase years ago! My only complaint is the packaging! It is impossible to open. We actually needed a saw to cut the wooden box as it uses steel corners and sides to connect, not screws. It took us a good 30 minutes just to open it, and it was super messy. I would recommend different packaging to make this easier for the customer to open, so if you are buying, just know this is the case and be prepared with the appropriate tools.
