Your return policy was awful. The pumps circumference was too big All we wanted to do was send it back and get the right size It took days & days to even get an answer Ended up keeping the pump and your company giving us partial credit Now I have 2 pumps, didnt buy the 2nd from you

Works well with good power. The shut off sensor is a bit annoying as it shuts off easily even if the water is not low. You have to rig it up to keep pumping. Biggest downside: it leaves nearly 2” of water remaining in the bottom of my hot tub; no matter how I try to reach orient it. Now I have to get out the shop vac to get the rest of the water out. Thinking about returning

Mr
They need to clearly mention product return policy. 30 days free return is a scam advertisement!
