I purchased a paint sprayer from your company, but unfortunately it had several problems and did not work properly. After I contacted you, you sent me another machine as a replacement. However, the replacement has the same issue and is also not working. This is not acceptable. Because of these problems, I have been seriously delayed with my work and have lost valuable time because of your faulty products. I now expect you to either provide me with a full refund or send me a brand-new paint sprayer that has been properly tested and is guaranteed to work, not just one that only appears to work in a video. Arrived Broken, support is non-existent
Unit arrived broken. It would not prime in the water test. I checked the manual, I checked youtube videos. There is just no suction on the line. I checked for clogs, I tried to pre-fill the line with water to pre-prime it... nothing.... I opened a support ticket with a video showing the unit not priming... it has been a week and I still have not gotten a substantial reply....
