Dear Customer Service, Thank you for your response. We received this bain-marie, plugged it in for the very first time, and, unfortunately, it immediately sparked and caught fire. Needless to say, when purchasing a brand-new appliance, we did not expect our first responsibility to be dismantling it and diagnosing an electrical fault ourselves. We had assumed that quality control and product safety would be handled before delivery rather than by the customer after the unit catches fire. What makes this even more remarkable is that this is now the second bain-marie we have purchased from you within six months. The first one has already stopped working, and we are still waiting for a response regarding the warranty claim. At the same time, we are also still waiting for replacement parts to repair our mixer. So, to summarise: one bain-marie no longer works, the replacement has caught fire on first use, and another appliance is waiting for parts. We are beginning to feel less like customers and more like unpaid product testers. For obvious safety reasons, we have unplugged the unit immediately and will not be attempting to dismantle or troubleshoot a brand-new appliance ourselves. We are happy to provide photos of the product’s current external condition, but we would now appreciate a clear and urgent resolution regarding all outstanding issues. Leaked from multiple spots

It only worked for a month. The warmer turns on and the lights work, however, it no longer heats up.

Box came in decent shape, a little dents here and there but cosmetically the item looks good. However, the power cuts out completely. Unreliable. And the shipping time estimated is also unreliable, the item came days after I needed it for a big event but didn’t work either way.

It's not my first time using vevor item but this one is useless it's supposed to hold it hot but making cold total waste of money 😒

Terrible buy on top of that I said after three days of purchase I like to return it’s malfunctioning… now they are sending me parts to fix it myself I am sure it will not be fixed it’s very poorly made ….

we bought the warmer for large event in our food truck, we trusted vevor because of our other orders. but this one....... it leaks from the get go. right out of the box. i contacted them and they tried to tell me i over filled the unit. i set it back up and filled it between max and min. turned it on and few minutes i started to leak out the bottom. i shot a video and sent it to them. they offered me $47 dollars and keep the leaking unit. its a fire shock hazard, it starts to leak out the plug and down the cord. i paid $151 and now i could loose $2000 plus daily on something that can kill or injured someone. i have beg event coming in april that i will lose money because they just want to send me $47 dollars and possible killing an employee or my self? come on vevor please make this right. Complete junk. It broke the first day, i was sent parts, fixed it, it broke again. I bought, both were broke within 30 days. Don't waste money on these. waste of time and money.
