The VEVOR Commercial Food Warmer Display 5-Tier Food Steamer is a great addition to my shop. It heats up quickly and keeps food warm and fresh for hours. The unit is easy to use and clean, making daily operations hassle-free. However, one drawback is that the glass tends to fog up, making it difficult for customers to see the food inside. This can be inconvenient, especially in a busy setting where presentation matters. Overall, it’s a good warmer with great functionality, but better ventilation or an anti-fog feature would make it perfect.

it works but too much work for what I need. it puts so much moisture out and I have to constantly wipe it down. settings are right but it’s not the fit I need. I’m going to keep it bc I don’t think I can return it now without the box.

I recently purchased two items in this order: a food warmer and an insulated beverage dispenser. I received the brand new beverage dispenser and am happy with the product. However, we have not yet commissioned it for the business, so I cannot comment on its quality. I will provide a review after we use it. Unfortunately, the food warmer we received was a previously used item, even though we purchased a brand new one. We followed up with Vevor, and it was a bit challenging to navigate the return and refund process. They offered us a discount of $204 on the warmer, while the new one costs $336. We accepted their offer, but we have not yet used the equipment. I will write a review once we have the chance to use it. Thank you.

Reçu rapidement mais la vitrine ne fonctionne pas, la résistance ne chauffe pas. Très déçu car j’en avais besoin pour un évènement professionnel…J’espère un échange rapide!

Después de solo una semana de uso la máquina se está oxidando, mientras en la descripción de venta del producto especifica que es de acero inoxidable, pero no es real y la máquina se está poniendo negra por todas las partes.

It functioned properly for 9 months, then just "died" a few days ago. Hard to clean and gets rusty. Was operational 8 hours a day, so survived well for the money. New one coming soon.

Upon receipt the thermostat in the unit was bad. After seeking help via chat I was told support would email me in 2 days. I will update my review pending whether or not my problem is resolved.
