Bought the 12mil solar pool cover for a Los Angeles pool. Of course, easy to install and cut to fit kidney-shaped pool. The real test will be to see how long the cover lasts. My previous one (another brand) lasted for 3-years. Here's hoping for high-quality.

This solar cover is twice as thick as the one I bought at the pool store, it should last a lot longer.

The size I purchased was way intentionally way too big for my pool. I bought the smallest size they had with the intention to cut it down to size. Worked wonderfully. So happy with it.

Build Quality The cover is good quality material that is relatively thick sturdy material that is good quality. Use We just started using this and what can I say other than it is NICE. It seems to mainly prevent heat loss at night and it does really help keep temperatures up overall allowing us to use the pool more even with temps between 60-75. It is a bit of a challenge to roll it up and remove the entire cover if you need full pool access if you don't have a roller, we don't but I typically just need to just fold over a portion -- just enough to get about 1/3 the pool and I can do that by just folding a portion of the cover onto itself without taking it out of the pool. Final thoughts This is a good product that I recommend to really help utilize your pool more.
