used the winch 1 time and a toothe broke off on the main crank, waste of money

Did not hold up the locking mechanism broke after the 2nd use

It arrived in its own box, not a shipping box. It had clearly taken a beating as parts of the winch had punched through the cardboard and were sticking out. Once unboxed, there was significant paint, or powder coating, on the spools edge that was chipped. Im concerned it will wear out the strap prematurely when reeling in the boat as the edges of the spool are quite rough from the chipping . Its heavy, so probably not worth the expense to return. Disappointed.

Handle fell off first time down the rd. Customer service will not respond to send a new one, also will not get tight once it hits a certain tightness spool just spins.

ok but some holes had to be drilled out since they were too tight for the rat her to lock. Very thin paint - will rust quickly if used outdoor.

Very poor service. Order this winch never showed up had to wait over a month to get refund. I probably won’t buy from VEVOR again. I no this is for the winch. But I also bought VEVOR track saw track and was going to buy a track saw from you but it never came back in stock. Your add said that when track saw works with your track. But it doesn’t work with your track. Now I’m trying to get a refund on track. So far haven’t had any luck yet.

2 weeks after it was ordered nothing no shipping info .So I contacted vevor and they said they would check on it and to give them a couple more days. After another week and no contact or shipping info I told them I would have Discover contact them. Vevor then told me they would send me a 10 dollar discount to PayPal which I told them I don't have. They also said it was shipped but no tracking only that they had made a shipping label. I finally got my order a month later and they sent my 10 dollar discount to paypal. Which I am not going to get an accout just for that. Now they just get the money back from Paypal. Not a trusted company.
