Kundenbewertungen für VEVOR Schwerkraft Wasserfiltersystem Edelstahl Arbeitsplattensystem 7 L + 8,5 L Wasserfiltrationssystem, reduziert Blei und bis zu 99 % Chlor, mit 2 Kohlefiltern & Zapfhahn, Camping Wohnmobil Zuhause

The unit worked properly for the first few weeks and then it did not gravity filter water efficiently. After I filled the reservoir tank to capacity, the next day it had only filtered 1/4 of the capacity of the reservoir. The catch tank was only less than half full. I followed the instruction manual to the T on how to assemble the unit. I can't figure out why the filters are not performing as they should. I don't want to buy replacement filters with only over a month of usage. So inefficient.

Overall the quality seems excellent for the price. Unfortunately the product was delivered with two small but vital washers missing . I have been trying to resolve this issue over the last few days with customer support but just keep getting sent around in circles despite sending photos and multiple emails. Very frustrating. With the two washers I would expect to rate this highly but as it stands it cannot be used as I received it. Uptate 15th October: Still no sign of this being resolved. Update 16th October: Still nothing Update: received a message saying I was given the correct parts but the instruction manual was wrong . However no matter how I assemble given the parts supplied there is no way to form a leak proof seal and I have been given no instructions as to how to use the actual parts supplied. Update: another email letting me know I received the wrong instructions. the third one telling me this. no sign of actually getting the correct instructions of course. Apparently I will hear something more within 48 hours - watch this space! Update 20th October: Received an email with a link to the incorrect instruction manual. I'm not joking

Worked almost for 4 weeks then the filters just stopped "filtering". Fill up the top and no longer filters to the bottom. Reached out to Vevor to figure out why, still waiting. I took it all apart to see if I could figure out why but both filters stopped at that same time. At a loss.

Good Filter, but not filter the flawours, it still the bad taste of Barcelona's water.

First of all, all they give are installation pictures. There are no actual installation instructions & the pictures are teeny , tiny , so if you're older or if you have any dexterity issues , you're probably going to want somebody else to do this or not order at all , it has been a nightmare so far. Second, because the pictures are so teeny, tiny and difficult to see I had to redo the washers multiple times before anything would work on the filters. And then after I put the spigot in 3 different times I finally watched a video not produced by the site but produced on YouTube and found out, I'm missing a metal washer. I checked the vevor directions in sure enough.I should have metal washers. Immediately I contacted the chat online.Because it is a weekend and was basically told most customers get an email in 1 to 2 days. Most not all , so how long is it going to take to get a metal washer? I don't understand why the person on the chat has no actual power to order a part and immediately ship it out. I should've ordered something "Made in the USA "of this type. So far , this portion of my experience has been ridiculous.
