The quality is excellent. Only problem I had was when I measured it was 4 inches so I ordered a 4 inch ramp. My storm door wouldnt shut properly. It kept getting stuck on ramp. I'm thinking I should have ordered the 3 inch and dealt with the last inch manually.

Got it quickly by mail. Decent price. Does a good job for my steep driveway. At least my cars are now hitting rubber and not concrete at the bottom of the driveway. That I can live with and these things are tough - for regular passenger cars at least.

I like these ramps; they are sturdy and can withstand the weight of my car, which is approximately 5,000 pounds. I strongly recommend these products.

I contacted your company via email explaining that I needed the two screws that screw the ramp down. But apparently someone there doesn't know how to read it's very simple thing and I offered to buy the screws.

It's a really solid and heavy-duty mat and was perfect for the entry into my workshop. It allows me to move items in and out via a hand truck or trolley. It has a very strong "rubber" smell, but since mine is outdoors it doesn't really matter and in time may dissipate. Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase, great delivery time and very good tracking.

The product works as it should. Strong and solid. The only problem was it didn't come with the installation bolts as noted. Since this was being installed in a business we had go and purchase the installation hardware, which was a disappointment. Wasn't expensive, but did add to the cost

excellent product which did the trick for adding a quick ramp. Only wish the side bevels would be a bit more gradual and the overall ramp slightly wider. it is narrow when placed at a 40 inch door threshold and does add to the trip and fall risk when approached from side.

Build quality is spot on! Heavy duty without being overly heavy to move. Only 1 thing I think would improve this ramp, Make it longer so that the angle of departure isn't so fast. Bought this for my mom to use with her mobility scooter works great except I had to make a 12" wide piece to go between the door and the ramp so that her scooter didn't bottom out on threshold (its a low threshold) and get stuck.

Purchased 29 August, but on 14 September Vevor advised the product was lost, refused to dispatch a replacement, and issued a refund requesting the product not be accepted if it subsequently arrived. On 15 September I placed a new order for the replacement product. On 16 September the original order unexpectedly arrived and, as Vevor requested, it has remained at the front door unopened. On 26 September Vevor advised the second order may be lost and that we could either wait longer or request a refund. I haven’t responded to that advice, so by default I am continuing to wait. Today (29 September) Vevor emailed a reminder regarding a response to their 26 September advice and separately requested a review for the first order which the website now acknowledges has been delivered. So: 1. Did Vevor intercept the second delivery once they realised the first one had occurred, but not advise me of this? 2. Do I now accept the first delivery and, if so, what do I do if the second one arrives? 3. How is it that 2 different couriers can both “lose” this product? It is not small or light. 4. Why has the communication from Couriers Please, PF Logistics, and Vevor been so spectacularly inadequate?
