Unfortunately, i received a defective product that is not working. I have already contacted VEVOR support regarding the issue. I would like to exchange the item for a new, fully functioning one.

Welding works great. on the other hand plasma cutting is terrible. after about 10 mins of work arc is not ignited unless fully in contact with ground, which makes it almost unusable

The welder works and the plasma cutter cuts; however, the instructions are useless and there is no chart guidance for welding settings based on metal thickness. The manual does not have clear definitions of each setting function on the menu and I still have not figured out some of the settings of this machine. Initial setup is a nightmare, if you are new to welding like myself. I had to rely on Ai to help me get mine setup for MIG Gas and plasma cutting. Ai also helped me figure out some general guidance for setting the amps and volts in accordance with metal thickness. If it wasn’t for Ai, I’m not sure I could even use this machine properly. I did eventually get some decent welds and cuts, but I’ll be fine tuning for a while until it’s dialed in where I need it. VEVOR should have the fine tuning already laid out for the customer on a neat settings chart like most other welder brands. Due to this great inconvenience, I will probably never buy another VEVOR welder unless these issues are addressed in the future.

I bought this machine a month ago and started out on a project halfway through my project. My big welder stopped working. . iMessage customer support and got a response back the next day and was told that they were working on the problem. It took them over a week to figure out a solution and said that they would be getting me a new part but I would have to put it in myself and what they didn’t tell me is that that part was coming from China and then it would be 2 1/2 months before it would get here. I requested them to just let me return the machine and they have denied me over and over and over again not happy with the customer support about this makes me not ever want to buy from them again?

Well bought a while back then health things happen. Never got to fire it up so few days ago, Iam excited chance to break in out. NO FIRE amp light a cooling come no power to the leads. Called customer service maybe an easy fix No joy or answers they just keep asking for info they all ready have. Name, address, phone and order number. Now I may have to find a mma,mig, plazma may ?

Plasma cut function does not work that was the main reason for buying this machine. The welder function was added bonus. Instructions are extremely poor and vague. Repeated contacts with customer service and several videos sent showing the non-functionality of the unit has led to support offering a partial refund. However, the partial refund at this point is less than half of the purchase price for a product that does not work as advertised. HUGE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!
