Ich habe die Gasesse Ende November bestellt. Aus gesundheitlichen Gründen konnte ich sie erst zwischen den Feiertagen einsetzen. Habe sie zwei mal in Gebrauch gehabt und schon fällt einiges negative auf: 1. Die Gasventile schließen nicht richtig. Es strömt im geschlossen Zustand Gas aus und entzündet sich was mehr als gefährlich enden kann. 2. Die Schlauchverbindungen lösen sich aus ihren Verpressungen weil die mehr wie mangelhaft verpresst sind! So etwas habe ich mit meiner Devil Forge noch nicht erlebt! Für mich endtäuschend und mangelhaft! Einfach nur billgzeug aus China. Und wen ich mit fast 20 Jahren Berufserfahrung mit dem Ding Probleme habe möchte ich nicht wissen wie manch ein Hobbyschmied damit Probleme hat! Für den professionellen Einsatz absolut untauglich! Das sind Dinge die einfach nicht passieren dürfen!

The forge itself is nicely made, however the bad rating comes from the lack of consistency and packaging this forge with the proper safety materials. And reviews I’ve seen of this item. It always comes. Package was refractory cement, however in purchasing mine, it did not the closest thing I could find in my area was a cement rated for high temperature ovens and I ended up paying $40 for this item if you want to take safety further you can also a rigidizer concentrate that will add to keeping the insulating wool covered and keep you from potentially breathing in the fibers that may cause harm. If you take it into consideration, these extra purchases on the side you end up paying the same money you can buy a forge a better quality that comes with all these features. Also, I ended up ruining my forge with the thermal cement that I had to purchase to cover my wool insulation. Don’t go the cheep route and in the pain more just buy a better quality forged that includes these safety items that you end up having to purchase on the side anyways and your forge becomes a purchase of $200 or more. I did reach out to Vevor about the missing refractory cement, which does come included sometimes and sometimes it gets left out. It’s been months and the only email I ever got from them was we’re sorry. Bad purchase stay clear.

Jamás habíamos visto un servicio tan pésimo. Tras pedir el mismo producto tres veces, nos enviaron algo completamente diferente. Ahora, después de cinco mensajes, seguimos sin respuesta sobre la devolución del paquete ni el reembolso. No contestan. Estamos muy descontentos con nuestra compra. En lugar de recibir lo que pedimos, que era para fundir metal, nos enviaron una pistola pulverizadora que solo sirve para pintar metal.

I have had this forge since May 2024 and it worked fine until the firebrick cracked spontaneously and the hose started leaking and a small hole formed due to the very poor-quality insulation. So i contacted customer support and they gave me a $40 refund which isnt even enough to buy a replacment forge; so i definitely got cheated a bit there. But i bought another one and again the firebrick cracked almost instantly though the hose remained intact. It wasnt until a few months later that, guess what, the hose sprouted another hole, and this time was also leaking at the connection point where the hose meets the nozzle. I just sent out my ticket so i hope they respond within a reasonable amount of time. I will be taking my business elsewhere if i do not get a replacement or a full refund.

After the first use the hoses started leaking at the clamps for the connector to the jets. Those jets get extremely hot and transfer the heat into the rubber hose which warps it and the clamps on the host. They should go back to the manifold style that I see in all the youtube videos. So now I am dealing with customer service which is always so slow to get anything done for you, I am still waiting on resolution on another item I bought over 5 weeks ago that I still cannot use.
