The smaller ratchet winches didn't even work when I got them, the bigger sizes seem to work fine. I kinda figured these would not be a great purchase

Hi I never receive this order, if you don’t have the parts please return the money thank you

Never recieved no refund as of this date

If i could get a tracking update and or the tools i ordered have gotten with customer servce and they them selves dont know were my order is so there is no way to make a review on something that say deliver !??? And product to review ???????

The keys come in a very good quality pouch, and, at first glance, the wrenches look very good quality. However, the ratcheting part of the wrenches quality is poor, with huge increments between each "clics" of the ratcheting mechanism. The tolerances between the moving parts are very loose, quality definitely don't even comes close the competition. They are very cheap, though, and could be good enough as a starting kit, or to keep in a vehicle,to quickly fix some road hazards.

Nobody reads this stuff anyway, but i'm tried to tell you you sent me two of the same thing, and I want to return the one and get refunded, but nobody seems to be alive there.Everything's run by a computer

Very poor quality
