Kupiłem ławkę, której z uwagi na kształt wanny (duże pochylenie ścianki wanny do wewnątrz) niestety nie mogłem w praktyce wykorzystać. Po wstawieniu ławki do wanny siedzisko pozycjonowało się prawie przy zewnętrznej ścianie wanny. Błąd po mojej stronie, nie sprawdziłem przed zakupem. Otrzymałem zwrot kosztów w wysokości 60% bez odsyłania towaru. Uważam takie rozwiązanie za bardzo pro klienckie. Godne polecenia. Sama ławka w 100% była zgodna z zamówieniem i w pełni funkcjonalna.

Je me suis trompée en l' achetant. Je voulais que le siège pivote et hélas, ce n'est pas le cas. Mea culpa. Sinon, de bonne qualité, livraison très rapide, montage aisé. Ce n'est pas encore ce que je voulais mais ça fait le job, permettre à mon père de pénétrer dans la baignoire. Ça soulage les infirmières.

Easy to put together but needed it in the opposite configuration to the diagram. Figured it out eventually. The only problem is it’s not made for the vertically challenged. Mum is only 5ft 2 and it takes two of us to lift her on.

Sitting here with an almost completely assembled sliding shower and realizing the back support is broken and won’t be safe for my mother to use. I would greatly appreciate a replacement as this was an expensive purchase that arrived today and is defective. Just the back piece will do. You see my dilemma one side has the push button to secure it and the other side does not.

DO NOT BUY anything on this website. I bought a chair that didn't work as I was expecting, and I simply want to return. There is no way to do it. Do you have to request and they simply don't approve it.
