This thing is Large. This thing is Loud. I bought this to sandblast wood pieces after cutting them on a CNC router. It saves me time from having to process them by hand. It was a pain in the butt to set-up. I had to unscrew some parts and redo them correctly, not because I can't read but because the manual has images packed full of multiple installation steps in one picture as well as multiple numbered paragraphs that somewhat relate to them. Take a really close look at what pieces overlap others when setting it up. Make sure you have someone to help you. I did it by myself and only hurt myself a few times. It would've been better if someone else was there to laugh at my mistakes. Please keep in mind that the product comes in two packages. The cabinet arrived first for me. I panicked when I couldn't find the vacuum/sandblast media reclaimer, but a quick look at the shipment details showed that two packages were sent from two different places. Running this together with a compressor uses quite a bit of power, so make sure your power outlets can handle it. Wear ear protection if you value your hearing. I made some modifications to this. Instead of using the air hose barb fittings, I bought a 10mm OD Polyurethane Hose kit. The kind that uses push to connect fittings. It was a bit difficult to remove the barb fitting from the sand blasting gun, but with a bench vise, a wrench and all the passion I could muster it was possible. An upgrade I installed was a pressure regulator/moisture filter I installed on the side of the cabinet. I also installed a push to connect splitter on the hose inside the cabinet which I used to connect an air spray gun, so I can blow dust/debris from the parts I've sandblasted. I plan to add better lighting at some point in the future. I recommend this sand blasting cabinet.

Für den Preis ist es alles in allem ein sehr gutes Set. Abluft, Licht, Ersatzscheiben und die große Kabine mit Gasdruckfeder-Deckel nach oben zu öffnen. Bei vergleichbaren Sets landet man beim doppelten Preis. Die Anleitung könnte etwas besser sein, aber es hat doch geklappt. Vorallem die Verwendung vom Dichtungsband ist nur sehr Lückenhaft beschrieben. Würde die Sandstrahlkabine jeder Zeit wieder kaufen. Denke aber die Qualität wird einige Jahre halten

This cabinet works very good I install a led light to add more lighting 5 star rating. Vacuum works well. Take a little time to put together but will save you time on cleaning Parts up. There are holes in the bottom of the legs if you want to put wheels on it

Working on assembling this unit with all the upgrades. This unit will allow me to clean and prepare rusty parts for painting for restoring vintage cars.

Kein Vergleich mit anderen Produkten aus Fernost. Super Verarbeitung. Alles stabil. kein dünnblech. Alles dabei was man braucht (außer Sand). Ersatzfolien für das Schutzglas sind auch mit dabei. Das Glas ist wechselbar. Dämpfer an der Klappe. Das Licht ist auch gut.Ich habe nur den Anschluss getauscht und einen regelbaren Druckminderer angebaut.

The cabinet is everything they say it is. Well built - easy to assemble. But then there is that assembly booklet. I had read the comments that had been written about it but I didn’t believe the instructions could be that confusing. Some parts are straight forward and easy to follow. Then some are confusing and frustrating. Just take your time and it’ll all come together.

Die Kabine funktioniert hervorragend! Ich habe beim Aufbau zusätzlich (hochwertigeren) Dichtkleber verwendet, um wirklich alles dicht zu kriegen. Zusätzlich betreibe ich die Kabine nicht mit dem mitgelieferten Filter, sondern mit einer Absaugung bestehend aus Werkstatt-Sauger und Doppel-Zyklonabscheider. Als Strahlmittel wird 0.2-0.8mm Schlacke verwendet. Bin vom Ergebnis absolut begeistert! Für jeden, der ein altes Moped restaurieren, oder gerne etwas umlackieren möchte geradezu ideal.

One lid hold down screw was missing the hex stamping, the front panel could use an extra press to flatten out after stamping the glove holes. Amazing for the price.

Exactly as it should be. With known mods it does very good. I installed better gun with larger hoses and fittings and a metering valve so performing like bigger models
