Très bon filtre bon rapport qualité prix juste faire attention au raccord à vissé sur la vanne fournie par le fabricant filetage spécial de la marque et le coter à coller est en 48mm et non pas 50 attention donc pour le raccordement en tuyau 50 mm il faut limer le tube

le produit en lui même est parfait, dommage néanmoins qu'il n'y ait pas de raccord pour installer la tuyauterie en 38 mm ,heureusement que j'avais gardé mes anciens raccord en 38mm pour faire la jonction avec la vanne, sinon c'était retour a l'expéditeur, car ma piscine hors sol est dotée de tuyaux flexible en 38mm. Pour le reste, rien à redire sur le produit.

I bought this sand filter last july of 2025 The filter split at the seam exactly on july 2 of 2026. I contact customer service to see about a warranty, since that was obviously a manufacturer defect. I got an email saying that the only thing they could offer me was 39.00 dollars. I bought a different sand filter and got the extended warranty.

The tank literally came apart at the seams and just started leaking water everywhere. I suspect the fact it was used in a fairly cool climate probably made the plastic too rigid and when the pump hit it with the pressure after one of the cooler nights it probably was to stiff. The seaming is very poorly done, no reinforcement of any kind - basically, this thing has walls that are way too thin. I tried saving it with epoxy as initially it was only the bottom seams that gave way spectacularly. However, even though I covered the bottom half of the tank with epoxy, the top gave way soon after. Just garbage quality that has also caused my pool equipment bay to flood and I lost the pump and heater. Costs just piled up due to this one element being so poorly made. This after barely one season of use. HORRIBLE LOW QUALITY PIECE OF CRAP! Never buy this, unless you're going to use it gently in a warm climate.

Lasted less than one year.. Sprung a leak on the a diverter seam and within ten days, developed a leak at the tank's mold seam. This is simply poor quality. The leaks should have been years d I wn the road, especially since I use Bacquacil.
