Laser works great, but kit was missing the glasses. Will contact to see if I can get the glasses. Nice case and seems well made

The laser works pretty good. It’s not very bright so it’s hard to see the laser. The case is cheap and won’t even stay together when carrying it by the handle. Overall happy with it for the price but it could be better.

Receiver does NOT work. I have been waiting for over a week for customer support to respond and resolve the problem. They could send a replacement receiver. No response. I get the same 24 to 48 hour run around over and over. I am not sure if there really is a customer support team because they do not respond. Very disappointing. I can not use the item. The return Department did not respond. I will have to reach out to my credit card provider to see what my options are.

Very disappointed right now. The system is only 2 months old and has only been used 4-5 times lightly and always taken care of and the laser receiver is dead it will. It turn on even with a new battery. Contacted customer service days ago and still have heard nothing back. This is frustrating as it has cost me money to rent a replacement in its place until they warrranty it. At this point I’d want a second receiver to carry with it as a spare.

Unit is not accurate for the angle function. For example, the 90 degree function is not 90 degrees and the laser shifts with each cycle. If you change the degree setting, it bounces the start point to a random spot. I am working with support to return the unit and will purchase a different brand. Also, it has a very weird smell that I cannot place.

I was really looking forward to putting this to work, but was disappointed when it arrived The laser had parts and pieces rattling around when pulled from the hard case. I tried to get it spin but it would only put a dot on the wall. When turned on angle the laser head just flopped from side to side. I returned it for a new one. The new kit arrived broken as well. It would try to self level as the dot moved up or down about and inch, but it would not rotate. It made a sound when turned upside down and you could feel something was not secure. I received a refund and was informed that they only allow 2 attempts. My issues were more with FedEx but it makes me believe if this thing sustains a bump, it will break.

I tried to use it in one of my jobs and we have up to 2" difference between point A and B. Its very bad that we have up to 2" difference with a laser level like this. Thanks God we check carefully and accuracy with this tool.

I would love to say that the product is worth it for the price but I honestly can’t say, since the unit I received had pieces rattling around inside of it before I even took it out of the box. After several hours of troubleshooting and trying to get the self-leveling feature to work, I gave up and contacted customer support to notify them and see how to rectify the problem. I was offered $138 (a fraction of what I paid) and told that I should take it to a repair shop and have them work on my BRAND NEW piece of equipment. The closest repair shop is over 2 hours away. I asked for a replacement unit to be sent, since only the level was damaged and not working and everything else seemed to be in tact, and I am willing to send back the damaged unit. They told me they would give me a prepaid label and I could return the product for a refund. The VEVOR customer service is apparently a joke… so is the cheaper price worth terrible customer service and still no working product, which I need for several jobs or I obviously wouldn’t have ordered it? I would say no. I will be very hesitant to order from this company again in the future. I can’t speak to the features of this product since mine doesn’t work and they are unwilling to send me a replacement. Same goes for the “ease of use.” But I would give the quality negative stars if I could at this point, and even less stars for their less than stellar customer service.

Premier achat sur vevor Très déçu le produit ne fonctionne pas , aucune rotation du laser. Et il ne faut surtout pas parler du SAV qui ne donne pas de nouvelle. A la base cela semble un bon produit , mais au final … Peut être que grâce à ce message j’aurais des nouvelles du SAV?
