Hello,I wanted to buy device like this one. Before ordering I read all feedback Some are also negative. But my experience is 100% positive. I would buy imediately again from this seller.So:- the item arrived on time with GLS. One day before..- the item was very good packed. Top!- the item is working perfectly. Before buying I knew the cons and pros of the machine. It is perfect for the price!!thanks,RR

I fond the tools were unable to clear the roots blocking a 100mm waste pipe. Solved the problem using a tool adapted and made by myself.

I used this drain cleaner for cleaning grass roots out of my footing drains. It worked like I thought it would. It cut Them off. I was not able to extract them totally out of the pipe. Did work well enough to get the water flowing. Using this machine allowed me to do the work by myself. Using a snake with a drill would have required two people to too do the same job I did with this machine.

Great product easy to use.
