I was sent an email it was shipped. I kept watching the tracking and it was never picked up by fedex. Eventually, I reached out to Vevor and asked them where it was. They made an excuse the item was returned and offered a refund. Problem is the item was never picked up by fedex. It sat in the warehouse according to tracking. It wasn't until I complained did they offer a refund. They may have been thinking I would forget and let them keep the money. A terrible company. Stay away

This is poor quality. On the very first use the dog bent and doesn’t stay latched anymore.

Ratcheting mechanism broke within the first couple weeks. The gears were also damaged. Vevor spent a month going back and forth with me - tried to get me a replacement part, tried to offer me a small amount of money to "get it repaired locally". They are currently refusing to refund me the purchase price, and I may need to do a chargeback to get my money back. Avoid this tool at all costs, it is poorly designed, made with soft and thin metal parts. I would also strongly recommend avoiding vevor for any items that you want to last for more then one time use, as they will not refund faulty products.
