it’s built well but the description is deceiving It is not a PLUG AERATOR. Spike aerators are not that effective. Tried to return it but didn’t realize it was a spike until the whole thing was assembled. customer service was not very helpful after a few weeks they offered a return but I had to get it to a shipping point which I don’t have a vehicle to get it there.

Works as it should but had to beef it up a bit. Hitch broke off. Block tray was bending. And the rod for the rollers was bending too. So welded a support bar on the rollers, some angle iron in the tray, and some thicker metal for the hitch

Decent enough product, however the description states in multiple places that this is a PLUG AERATOR. This is simply a spike aerator which does not loosen the lawn as well as a plug aerator. If you are like me and insist on the best tools for your yard, I would skip this one and find a true PLUG AERATOR. A plug aerator will pull up a plug or small core of your turf which allows the roots more space to grow (loosens the soil/turf). This device simply punches a small slit which closes up almost as soon as it passes over. UPDATE: Customer service is also lacking. I did get a small refund, but what should have been offered, a replacement or full refund, was not offered. What has been a good relationship with Vevor has now turned into a non-relationship.

The item arrived on time, matched the description, and was very easy to assemble, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the quality wasn’t what I expected. A part broke shortly after I started using it, and I reached out to customer support on March 21st for help. I wasn’t looking to return the product — I actually want to keep it — I just needed assistance with replacing the broken part or receiving a partial refund. What has been disappointing is that I never received any response at all. Good customer support makes a big difference, and I was hoping for at least an acknowledgment or some guidance. I still like the product overall, but the lack of communication has been frustrating. I hope the company can improve their support moving forward.
