I think what iit can pick up is fantastic. The only think I find is the height of the bar pushing the lawn sweeper. I have a lot of acorns and it takes a while and a lot of effort to to pick them up. I have to keep the brushed low to the ground to get them.

We like the updates and ease of assembly. It works ok, a lot of material and items do not make it into the bin. Particularly a portion is spit back out in the center front. It does depend some of how fast you roll it and at what angle you hold the handle. It works better if handle is held low, but that is too low for avg height person. Although we can make use of it and getting 80% is better than not.

My sweeper is working out good, my biggest concern was picking up pine cones and it did the job. It's a little getting use to adjusting to the right height for the different task. The basket detaches s bit too easy when full or going up or down hills. I wish there was a way to secure it for heavy work loads. Also having the ability to switch brushes for heavier objects would also be a plus. But I'm satisfied overall

Works great. Easy height adjustment for surfaces to be swept and what is to be swept. I haven't yet found the right setting for sweetgum balls, but it gets many of them. Easy to empty. Simple to use.

Works just as advertised.

I was hoping it would pickup more of the random pieces of mulch but it did a relatively good job picking sticks, leaves and lawn waste. I think its a good product if you want to keep your lawn looking clean.

Price and build quality are just fine. Can take multiple passes to truly get things up. That is where the struggle comes in...you have to muscle the sweeper and the lower you go, more resistance with the ground is encountered. Great for 20- 50 year old. Not so much after that.

I would give this item ZERO stars if it was an option! We have southern turf (similar to astroturf)in our backyard as we have 15 dachshunds. Product arrived in a timely manner and so I put it to the test! This sweeper is very difficult to push around the yard which I thought this would not be an issue since of our flat lawn with fake grass! It is supposed to pick up leaves, twigs, nuts and DOG POOP. I found most items I was attempting to sweep up would be propelled forward in my lawn rather than into the basket behind it. To push this sweeper, it is an actual workout as it doesn't push well at all! I need to use both hands and my waist to push this around the yard! Turning is also difficult and I basically have to lift it up on to one side to turn the darn thing! We ordered an extra brush set. My husband put this on and there was no difference in how this sweeper performed! We thought this would be an easier way to get our backyard picked up. NOT! Dog poop flies forward as well! I don't think this sweeper lives up to what it is supposed to do at all! We own a lawn vacuum which is electric and we thought this sweeper would be an easier item for me to handle. WRONG! I have tried to use this sweeper on multiple occasions with the same problem. I finally put it away and brought out my electric lawn vacuum and had my lawn cleaned up, including dog poop, acorns and twigs in a short period of time. I would like a refund on this product as it is not what it is advertised to do, especially on my nice, flat, astroturf lawn! Please let me know what I need to do to make this happen including the extra sweeper brushes I purchased. Thanks...

I bought this primarily to sweep up red pine needles. My review is based on does it work and how it works with different surfaces. First, yes it does work. I tried it in my side yard on the other side of my driveway which had long grass. It didn't do such a great job sweeping the long grass but when I mowed, all the long grass clippings were swept quite easily into the catcher. Emptying it was a breeze. Secondly, surface matters. The rest of my yard, around my house, lined with the red pine trees along the property line, is fairly uneven/rough. Due to the uneven surface, it makes sweeping a lot harder. I needed to use a see-saw motion to get everything swept so I ended switching back to my rake as it did a much better job. So my verdict is, if you have a well manicured level yard, this is certainly the machine for you. A non smooth yard certainly makes it more challenging, but, yes you can make it work - just need more time plus patience. I rated the sweeper at 3 stars for that reason. I am keeping the sweeper and hope to level off the grass around the house in the spring as it needs it, sweeper or not. Hopefully once reseeded, sweeping the yard for pine needles will become a lot easier task.

I just bought and received this sweeper. It works pretty well, but the hopper needs to be emptied constantly and it’s kind of a chore too take it on and off. If you try to grab it with just one hand in the middle of the bar, it tends to bind on one side or the other. You end up having to use two hands which is awkward and requires twisting of the body. Lastly, this thing was not designed for people who are taller. This is probably best suited to somebody who is 5’5” to 5’8”. Perhaps they should provide an extension for the handle for those who need it.
