This product is installed now and working well, I’m using it to supply fresh water to my refrigerator. The 20’ water line that comes with it was perfect. My pump was installed in the basement and the line was long enough to get to main floor kitchen. I recommend this pump to all. As for the noise it’s the same as a water pump in a RV/ fifth wheel.

Have it hooked up to my fridge. Couple months now, no issues.

Very good product easy to install perfect for what I'm using it for and low wattage so that's a plus I would definitely recommend this product.

Great for providing water without the expense of plumbing. Outside bars/kitchens are ideal places. If you have good house water, just refill jugs with it.

We bought a very nice coffee maker (Flavia Creation 500), and placed it on rolling cabinet in our dining room. Location was not near any water lines, so we bought a 5 gallon water bottle that fits in bottom of cabinet, and also purchased this pump kit to provide water to the coffee maker. At first, the pump was not wanting to shut off... and just sat there humming once coffee maker was full and had shut off its inlet valve. But I found that if I adjusted water pressure higher (about 3/4), the pump shuts off perfectly when coffee maker is not needing water. The only reason that I am not giving 5 stars is because the pump is pretty loud... but this may be due to the fact that I did not mount it, and it is just laying in bottom of the cabinet, next to the water bottle. Overall, I am very pleased with this product. I do not have to constantly add water to coffee maker any longer, like I did with our Keurig!

Bought it in April, broken in September! It was nice while it worked, but now it's overheating and stops working. You turn it off, turn it back later, starts working again for a little time, then it breaks again. I think something inside it is overheating because it's hot to the touch. Before this happened, the water had a strange smell and taste in the morings which remediated itself by pouring a few glasses of water (max 2). We cleaned it properly every month, still it broke down. It was a really nice idea, and while it worked it was cool to have, but very disappointing to have it malfunction so early. For this reason, I don't recommend.

Was looking for parts for my other one , saw that they have a good return policy, so I ordered the unit, unfortunately it is not that same type as my old one so I can’t use it for parts , I would prefer my order one as it’s WAY nicer , but they are not getting back to me for return

I bought two so it's have a back up just in case. The first one I used, worked for 8 months of heavy use. Stop was happy with it. The second one we used as replacement only last 3 months before leaking everywhere. There is no service help
