Außer das der Schmierstofftank Undicht ist , so das auch bei Gesclossener Schlauch Durchführung ( Ventil ) aus dem Anschluß der Schmierstoff ausläuft , Ist das Gerät in Ordnung . Die Bohrmaschine funktioniert sehr gut, Leistung und Rundlauf sind sehr gut. Auch die Drehzahlregelung funktioniert super. Zwei Dinge die meiner Meinung nach verbessert werden sollten: - Der Schlitten der Bohrmaschine ist für die Verwendung mit dem Spannbohrfutter zu tief/kurz, normale Bohrer können nicht verwendet werden. Für Bohrkronen mit Weldonaufnahme ber OK. - Eine Arretierung/Federunterstützung zum Bohrerwechsel wäre wünschenswert, so muss die Maschine immer oben gehalten werden.

Machine shoild have a feature to hold the slide in the raised position, but jamming a piece of thin sheet metal in the rack gear is a reasonably effective work around. The spindle housing gets rather hot after drilling for only several minutes. Is there some way to lubricate the spindle bearings??? Some smoke came out of the motor housing during some earlier use. I was running it at the lowest speed setting at the time while turning a 2" hole saw cutting mild steel, so I figured that it doesnt like that heavy of low speed use and I am avoiding using at the lowest speed setting or loading the motor up any more than absolutely necessary to get a job done. Also limiting the duty cycle as much as is reasonable due to the rapid heat build up in the spindle. This is a go-to machine for me on alot of jobs now and I really need it to hold up to somewhat regular use. Overall, it is a very heavy, powerfull and well built machine. Time will tell how the durability is. Price is unbeatable.

On toiminut moitteettomasti. Voima on hyvä moottorissa ja magneetissa. noin 150 reikää porattu. Välystä ei ole tullut mihinkään. Miinukset on korkea paino, melkein 20kg, ja istukan kanssa ei voi käyttää pitkiä teriä. Standardi 13mm metalliterä sopii juuri. Suosittelen 12-50mm reikiä tarvitsevalle. Soveltuu parhaiten weldon jyrsin terille. Kierrokset eivät riitä kovin pienille terille (max 500rpm). Vakiokierrosautomatiikka tuntui hieman oudolta aluksi, mutta siihen on tottunut.

Main reason for getting this was to drill holes for a replaceable cutting edge on a loader bucket. It’s difficult to drill a bunch of holes in something like that, can’t put it into a drill press so a magnet base works best for heavy drilling. The drill preformed very well, lots of torque, never stalled even once when breaking through on a hole which is common with a hand drill. It would be good to find shorter drill bits though because I was drilling 11/16 holes and if it wasn’t for having the new cutting edge in place for a template the bits I have are to long for the magnet base to attach to the surface. I didn’t have coring bits to try and with the price I didn’t want to chance one not working in hardened steel. Good to have the variable speed that is on this drill for that kind of drilling. Used cutting oil and got them all drilled with the same bit. For the price I’d say it’s hard to beat, compared to neat $1500.00 for a Milwaukee version. The magnet was really good, never let go considering substantial force needed to get these holes done. The rails a good and snug so it is quite precise and did not wander starting holes.
