Some washers missing. Had to take to a machine shop to spread arms apart to connect hook and swivel.

I haven't used it yet. Company that they used dropped the ball according to tracking information. Planned to use the day originally showed them out of blue said package was routed to Indianapolis instead of Cincinnati like it was suppose to where I live. So I did eventually get it but I considered it later then originally expected even though it DID fall inline with there shipping timeframe. Was somewhat disappointed.

It is a heavy duty tong. I do not like the way it works. not a quality problem but is good for pull logs out of the woods. Hard to balance the load when picking up. Now I only use it for draging. I have bought the double tong and waiting for delivery. Hoping the pick up works better.

It works ok sometimes you have to get out of tractor and place the claws in position cause it exactly won’t get in place but overall ok oh assembly was difficult cause their direction s we’re not very well.

The claw works ok but the welds broke within a week of moderate work. Can be repaired and strengthened but a bit shoddy.

Arrived quickly with all parts. Very heavy duty but not very effective to grasp rock. Definitely a 2 person activity. It is quite long so need a large loader to lift high enough. I will not be able to use as loader will not lift high enough.

Horrible experience with Vevor. I messaged them about missing parts. They said they would send them and never did. This is my first and last experience with Vevor.

I just got done using the tongs and one side bent, don't know if it was just the set I got or if all of the same product is so badly made with bad steel or what,won't order a set like this again. NOT saying their all bad but the one I received was not good quality

So bad we only recieve 2 piece compketly useless now trying to contact them they said they send a other one then lost it and now refuse to rembourse the full thing very frustrating and unhappy if u want it go buy the tool someplace else
