I am very happy with the product and have used it often. Delivery of the milk shake maker was prompt and well packed.

Awesome product makes milkshake and once you get the hang of it definitely puts out nice milkshakes. Definitely a must have machine and awesome for the price point.

We make very hard handcrafted ice cream and this machine can handle it at 1/4 the price of comparable machines. 1-hp motor is powerful enough and the timer is great to set it and forget it. It can be difficult to clean it above the top cup lip holder. I will definitely recommend this machine.

Très satisfaite de se produit. Facile à utiliser et à laver. Très robuste Le seul point négatif pour moi est qu’il est haut donc ne rentre pas sous met armoire ou je voulais le mettre . Je n’est pas regarder le mesure avant l’achat .

Simple, Easy, and Built Well. Works as expected. Fraction of the price of other Units. Solid and not complicated.

This mixer works excellent , We use it in our food trailer and let me tell you !! this thing makes milkshakes, It also nixes a lot more. We do pineapple , watermelon and coconut drinks, this is the best tool ever....

Nothing bad to say about the product. Once I got my recipes down how I wanted them this worked great. No complaints.

Love it. It makes milkshake thick or thin whatever I want. Nobody in the town I live in.Makes a milkshake like this Nobody in the town I live in. Makes a milkshake like this.

Overall this product is what I expected. For me, the disadvantage to this blender is that the speed cannot be adjusted slower. Making certain drinks, the speed is to high and causes liquid to splash everywhere even when using a collar.

This machine is terrible for what it is advertised to do. I tried the low setting, different agitators, removing the bottom agitator, and even using only the pulse setting. It still makes a mess. Making a mocha was a disaster, and you can’t even properly stir a hot chocolate or make a protein drink. The lowest speed is far too fast. It needs true adjustable speed that ramps up gradually, not just 1, 2 and 3. This is false advertising and extremely disappointing.
