My unit arrived with slightly miscut/bent solid metal pieces, which resulted in me having to leave 2 of the included interior supports not installed, as the cart could not connect together properly without forfeiting these supports. The machine itself works great, and for its price, can't really go wrong. This was my third purchase of a VEVOR product, and I've come to notice that the electronic components/actual cooking components are typically very good quality, but any accessories, or in the case of popcorn/cotton candy machines -> carts, are quite poor quality.

Even after pre-heating the popper, the popcorn does stay warmer longer than 1 minute or so after its popped out.

Purchased a unit for my home. Unfortunately it came not completely assembled. I reached out due to the glass not closing properly and figured out that the top wasn’t installed properly, which Ed called the door to not be able to be closed. Leading to popcorn periodically falling out of machine while in use. The customer service was prompt and professional, however the it did not resolve the issue. I have reached out for a refund due to the problem.

after assembling the popcorn maker I realized it is too small for my needs . i would have sent it back for an upgrade but it's a little late for that. otherwise it is probably a good unit ( I haven't used it) .Probably will donate it to a charitable cause.

’m very sorry, I booked this for an event but never received anything. I lost customers and credibility. I opened the package, but it was empty. Instead of receiving what I ordered, I received the wrong items of lower value.

I received my popcorn machine, but unfortunately the item arrived severely damaged. The damage is significant and clearly makes the machine unusable. This is extremely disappointing, especially since I was expecting this package for Christmas, and now the entire plan is ruined. The item was damaged upon arrival, and this is not acceptable for a product sold as new. I am very disappointed with this situation and with the lack of quality control in the shipping process.

Bei meiner Maschine gehen ständig die Leuchtmittel kaputt. Daher wollte ich zurückschicken. Aus dem “Servicecenter” kommt vollautomatisch immer nur “in ihrer Nähe gibt es keine Servicestelle für die Reparatur”. Das Ganze nun seid knapp 8 Wochen. Ich lasse meine Finger nun von vevor.
