Love it. Works great. It's smaller than I would like but I'm not good with measurements but it is as described.

Die Maschine ist kleiner als gedacht, aber entspricht den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Auf den ersten Blick wirkte die gelieferte Ware sehr gut verarbeitet und durchdacht. Die Verpackung war sehr gut und sicher gegen Transportschäden. Der Zusammenbau war gut angeleitet und ging reibungslos. Die Edelstahlfächen wirken unbehandelt sehr schnell schmutzig durch das normale anfassen. Die Verarbeitung stellte sich dann jedoch als nicht so optimal raus in folgenden Punkten: - Gehäuse ist Pulverbeschichtet und an einigen Stellen breites unter der Beschichtung gerissen und rostig. - einer der Griffe hatte nur einseitig Gewinde und somit musste in die zweite Seite selbst Gewinde geschnitten werden - der Kochkessel ist sehr scharfkantig und führte direkt zur Schnittwunden Die Rezepte bzw. Zubereitungsempfehlung ist nicht durchdacht ausgeführt und bringt einige Dinge durcheinander.

Our popcorn maker arrived with a shattered panel. We contacted VEVOR and did not hear back. A week later we reached back out and were told we’d get a response in 24-48 hours. A week later we reached out and said we hadn’t heard anything, and we were told that customer service reached out but never heard from us and here’s a screenshot of the email they sent (that we have verified we did not receive). The screenshot was of an email saying they would contact me in 4-8 hours from 5 days prior. Which they did not. I said this and was told they’d reach back out to me but go ahead and send more pictures to them, which I did. A week later, no email, head back to the support ticket, and am told “they emailed you again but you didn’t respond.” I explained again that I didn’t get either the first or the second email, I was asked to send pictures of the damaged panel, again, then was told I’d be contacted in a day or two. A week later, no email, and I asked why the support couldn’t just reach out on the open ticket, I provided more pictures upon request, then was told I’d be contacted in the next day or two. A week later, you guessed it, no email. I demanded the issue be resolved in the open ticket and explained yet again that I had no emails from support in my inbox or spam folder. I was responded to with “we’re sorry to hear that. Someone will reach out to you from the support staff.” Machine is pretty great except for the popcorn that flies everywhere and causes second degree burns every time you make popcorn, but this might be because of the broken panel. I’ll follow up this review with an email in the next day or two.

Kam komplett zerbeult an...

Product capacity was much less than I thought it would be but that is on me I guess. The product came with the kettle cover installed backwards and I didn’t know until after I put it all together. When I identified the issue it took days of back and forth with customer service who basically told me I misinstalled it. When I said it came with the cover on, they told me I was wrong. Recommendations: take pictures of everything before installing and don’t plan on much support if anything goes wrong.

You get what you pay for. Instructions are microscopic, and it was shipped missing two of the four screws needed to properly secure the handle to the device -- definitely not a golden moment for Vevor... you want the handle of this top-heavy thing secured! It's serviceable enough, but the product should be the one getting properly screwed, not the customer! It makes great popcorn, and makes it fast, but I don't know where you'd be able to shove 48 cups of popcorn. The thing probably holds 15 cups without touching the bottom of the heated kettle (thereby burning your product). I used this on Halloween with much success, despite the missing screws, unwieldily handling characteristics, and incorrect output measurements. 3/5 stars.

I received some pieces that looked abused. I reached out to customer service and they forwarded my case elsewhere. I haven't heard from anyone since and it's been a month.

My unit arrived with slightly miscut/bent solid metal pieces, which resulted in me having to leave 2 of the included interior supports not installed, as the cart could not connect together properly without forfeiting these supports. The machine itself works great, and for its price, can't really go wrong. This was my third purchase of a VEVOR product, and I've come to notice that the electronic components/actual cooking components are typically very good quality, but any accessories, or in the case of popcorn/cotton candy machines -> carts, are quite poor quality.
