Tina Defective product & Horrible Customer Service
3.6x3.6 m Beige
Horrible customer service.
First time we opened up the gazebo tent, two different panels of the netting had two holes in each one. (I tried to upload pictures here but can't. Keep getting failure message)
You cannot talk to a live person and their "live chat" is a joke. You just keep going in circles with them. I've been trying for exactly 1 week today to have an actual conversation with someone.... even if it is through texting 🙄.
I would NOT recommend ordering from this company.
If anything changes with my experience, I will update my review.....if their system will even allow me to do that.

Iryna Not worth
4.57x4.57 m Braun
This gazebo arrived with missing support parts, making it impossible to assemble properly. The rooftop does not stay in place and keeps falling because of the missing components. I contacted the seller multiple times but never received a response or any assistance.
Very disappointed with the quality and customer service. I would not recommend this product. Save your money and look for a better option.
