New to pool ownership and wanted something to cover the pool during “winter” in Florida to help keep the temps up a bit to extend our swimming use for the year. It was packed well. Seems pretty thick and even though my pool gets a bit of shade half the day. It absolutely helps add a free degrees. I have a 12x20 rectangle pool and got the 12x24. It is bit wider than 12” and a bit shorter than 24” but not a big deal. For the width it was easy to trim. I do recommend having help the first time you place it. It does have some creases but over a few days it flattens out. Overall happy with this cover

This is an excellent cover! It increased our water temperatures by at least 5-10 degrees depending how long we left it on for. We've had numerous covers over the years, and many are cheap and much thinner than this one is and in turn fall apart rather quickly from the sun and chlorine. This feels well-built and should last at least 3 seasons if not more. My only concern is that the bubbles extend to the edges around the full cover, I'm hoping it does not tear easily as it ages due to not having a pressed seam along the edge to grab onto. If I can get 3 or more seasons out of it, I would consider this a great value. I'll be back in a few years to update my review if I am purchasing my next one.

Recenttly bought for a 8x4 metre pool, quick delivery service got the 12mm thickness which is great but in hindsight sorry i never went for the 16mm wasnt that much of price difference it really does keep the pool between 5 & 8 degrees warmer so i would recommend good buy 5*

I decided to stop buying the cheapest cover as they never make it a year and only average 6 months. They start to tear and I get the pool skimmer full of little blue pieces of plastic. This unit is so obviously more thick and durable that I will be amazed it I don't get multiple seasons out of it. I will try to update this post when it does become useless. However, 2 months in and going great.

Works as it's advertised, good price, delivered as promised, would buy again if needed, will recommend to family and friends

The solar cover was topnotch as far a thickness. It also kept my pool nice and warm. The only drawback is that it can be a little challenging to remove and put away. You definitely need a reel to remove and put back in the pool. Overall, I love it

Perfect, inexpensive replacement vs high-priced covers that claim to last 3 years. Lighter weight than prior, more expensive covers. It's basic, (think large roll of blue bubble wrap). No side seams, and no pull-handles, just the cover, which for the price is great. Have been using it for about a month with no problems. Rolls up easily on our existing reel, and does a great job of warming up our 16' x 32' pool and retaining the heat overnight. Will wrap it up and cover it soon, and hope it withstands the New England winter.

Ordered this for use on my pool to try and keep the dirt off and the water at a suitable temperature. First thing I noticed when I pulled this out of the box was the thickness of material, this is definitely thicker then the one it was replacing. Second, this does not have edge seams where my old one would sink on the edge allowing water to accumulate on top and then drag dirt back into the pool when removing the cover. Lastly, was the dimensions, everything was cut straight and true to size. I had a neighbor over and he was so impressed with this cover he ordered one as well (his old cover was deteriorating very rapidly). Overall, this is a great cover so far.
