3,22-15,25 kW
Shipment: Very well en securely packed for shipment. Delivered by DHL Freight (Croatia): DHL does not give the correct shipment information. The tracking number was not valid any more after it was marked as "delivered" on the tracking site. Impossible to contact DHL (automatic phone answering requires the tracking number: message "tracking number not valid any more). Finally delivered more than one week over time (no email message or whatever. Just a call from the driver at the moment of delivery).
VEVOR support regarding the shipment: replies on every mail ... BUT: not really effective, it was clearly an automated BOT reply.
Heat pump: Good manual. Works perfectly. Low noise (better than my older heat pump). Very good price/quality ratio.

Surprisingly good heat pump
Honestly I didn’t expect perfection from an inexpensive heat pump.
But it works great. 30A breaker, 10/2 UF wire, 60A disconnect. Plumbing easy, and I even used the h-bridge wires to have it shut off along with the pump without throwing an error. It will also shut down on low flow if you simply shut the pump off but then it shows an error)
Heading my pool from 55 to 75 in a couple days.

Impressed
Bought the 93k btu suitcase pool heat pump on the whim it was sub 2k. I figured if I can get at least 3 seasons out of it it’s worth the price. Just installed it in NC on a 8k gallon pool. Install was easy, Runs like a champ, and heated the pool from 76-85 in 3 hours running my pump at 2k rpm. Hooked it up to Hayward Omni, it will only turn on and off the heater but that’s fine for me and it’s controlled with a jandy valve actuator. So far so good but time will tell if it was worth the purchase if it holds up for a few seasons.

Great Value for my 13000 gallon pool
I have a 13000 gallon inground pool in central VA, USA. During the days it gets into the 80s (F) and at night down to the 60s. The pool is only in the direct sun about 5 hrs a day. We often lose a lo of heat at night and we dont use a solar cover.
We wanted a heater to help retain the heat and help keep the pool water up to about 80F.
Most pool companies recommend a heater that can raise the temps 1 - 1.5 degrees an hr. In my case I was recommended by a pool company to install a 100000 BTU unit that costs about 3 times as much as was twice the size. We didnt have the money, power or physical space for any of that so we figured we would use this one and see how it does.
Some quick math…
It takes 8.33 BTUs to heat one gallon of water 1 degree F.
So at peak efficiency of say 50000 BTUs .. if you have a 10000 gallon pool it will take
8.33*10000=83300 BTUs to heat one degree
50000 BTUs per hour / 83300 BTUs to raise one degree = 0.6 hrs of optimum run time to raise it 1 degree
In my case it was about half a degree per hr. (13000 gallons).
..
Delivery was quick. Here in the USA they shipped from Canada. It arrived in a week, delivered on a pallet. It was well boxed and arrived in perfect condition.
Build Quality.
Honestly i was quite surprised. The build quality surpassed my expectations. It felt well constructed…Looked quite nice. The steel seems thicker than i thought…all parts well made..really impressive.
Support
The unit worked fine out of the box but i did have some questions. I submitted questions on a few occasions. Each time someone initially got back to me and then escalated to someone else. I always got an answer from a qualified technical person within 1-2 days.
Noise
I was a bit concerned because they kept emphasizing that you should face it away from neighbors windows and such so they are not bothered by the noise. In reality it is much quieter than I expected.
Power
While it has a peak current of 19 amps…the operating current is between 9 and 10 amps @ 220v… (About 2 kwh)
Performance
Performance was as expected. It is very difficult to fully calculate how a heater will work. There are so many variables including ambient temperature, wind, water temperature, even humidity plays a big part in the efficiency of a heat pump heater. The rated BTUs are under ideal conditions.
Yesterday, it was sunny, both air and pool temps were about 85. When the sun went off the pool it also started to drop temps..overnight, air temps went down to about 71 degrees. In about 1.5 hrs the pool temps dropped a degree and half. I turned on the heater and overnight as the temps dropped to 71, the pool temps stopped dropping and even gained a degree. Pretty much doing what is expected.
Overall experience is positive..the unit looks great, operates as expected. You can't beat the price, it is a great value.

Great heat pump
Ordered this unit early spring, installed within a couple days of receiving it, the pipe unions they sent don't fit standard PVC pipe for some reason, but was able to use internally threaded barb fittings and hose. Heats pool up quickly, obviously must have pool pump running to maintain flow. Adjusted our filter pump schedule to run a little longer this spring, and pool was warm enough to swim after work. Bought a heat pump stand to mount it on, and keep it off the ground, which should help prolong it's overall life. Unit has wifi, and reaches the house no problem. It's nice to be able to see and adjust the temperature if we're away from the house. I can't say enough good things about it, kept pump running overnight when we got some last minute freezing weather in Texas. If you've been thinking about getting a heat pump, these units won't disappoint.

Installed the heater along with Velor Variable Speed 1.5 HP pump. Had my Electrician wire the garage for 220. The pump and Heater are preforming well so far. Wish there was a better manual for programming the pump and heater . Great Heater. Water is amazing.

Happy
Installed easy. Had to run 8-2 wire. Piping was simple if I had bought 1.5 vs 2 inch pipe first. Unit is amazing, pool is 85 now in 12 hrs. Day temp was 86 with low night temp of 65. I’m in Houston Texas. Got this to also cool the pool when it’s 110 in summer and water is a nasty 91F. I will say when heating it makes a lot of condensate so the area around the unit and the pad is muddy. I recommend when you plan to install, plan to install under ground drain pipe. I plan to, and run it out to the street. Probable will do a 1inch pipe to fit all 3 drain hoses and reduce down to 3/4 for the rest of the run. Or if you’re crafty you could use the condensate to water your flower bed or something.
All I know is for 1800$ I think it was a good deal.
