Honestly, there are problems with this unit, mostly manufacturing defects which should not be. Cracks in 3 different parts so far after only a few months of service and I found out the filters do not filter down enough to get rid of dead algae and only filter down to 50 microns, whereas Pentair filters go down to 20 microns. This makes a big difference. I feel anxious because what else will break apart on this system. I am very unhappy with it and with the service from Vevor, since they dont understand common English and fumble around with requests and it takes many days to get any kind of feedback. I would not buy this again and I now will not buy from Vevor again despite the low cost versus the competition.

Zero customer service response in 5 days. I can’t even order the parts on their website. No stores carry the parts because it’s Chinese junk in weird sizes. RESPOND TO MY LIVE CHAT REQUESTS AND SEND ME MY PARTS!

I do not know where to begin.
Item arrived in a timely manner and was heavy duty but after looking it over I noticed a triangular puncture in the side of the filter. Then looked at the box same thing. I contacted Vevor and i would get an automated response that they wont get back with in 48 hours and they did every 2 days I would get another email and another email with little results. Eventually I had to get my bank involved then things started happening. So frustrating because it took 3 weeks longer to open my pool this year
