Product never got delivered.

Took my money and said item was delivered when it wasn't and I paid for the shipping insurance and they can't do anything about it or refund my money. Would never buy from this company again.

This company's products are risky. They advertise good pricing and quality products but if their product malfunctions or they send the incorrect assembly parts, the customer service blames us, the customer. If their parts fail due to improper parts sent to assemble, they will have you keep the broken product. Now you are stuck with something you can't use or too dangerous to use. I am not a repair shop for Vevor's products if correct assembly parts are not sent. 30-day guarantee doesnt' work when they didin't send warnings, correct instructions, or correct video installation. No good!

Ive made 3 cabinet drawers and already the middle pocket hole broke. The drill bit shaves off little pieces of metal with every hole drilled. Its a shame because I bought chicken wire from Vevor before and was good quality. This thing is not and probably won't even last compared to a plastic pocket hole jig.

I bought this to replace my kreg jig. It worked great for the first bunch of holes, I’d say around 50 or so but now the drill bit is eating away at the aluminum in the jig and the holes are no longer going into the piece deep enough. I now use the new drill bits and the clamp with my kreg jig. Would recommend Vevor upgrades to a larger steel guide bushing. The build quality is what really drags the overall rating down.

AVOID VEVOR PRODUCTS. Dont fall for the cheap prices. Temu quality products and THE WORSE EVER COSTUMER SERVICE!!!! They will ignore you and sent you stupid standar/ general artificial messages but no actual answers. You won't be able to return their cheap products.

Produits de mauvaise qualité et aucunes remises de la part du service clientèle ! Je n achèterai plus jamais chez vous !Et je ne vous ferai pas une belle publicité !

The pocket hole jig is not worth the money. The drill bits are so dull that they can barely drill into the wood. The jig also flexes excessively, which causes the holes to be drilled at incorrect angles. It even bends when clamping a piece of wood in place. I would return it if that were possible.
