Bonjour.

I use it to weigh our newborn calves, 80 to 130lbs. Works not bad, need to have feet on a level surface. The feet are cheap plastic and one of ours broke so the scale is kind of useless now, doesn't look like you can buy parts for it.

Doesn't pull as much hot air as we were hoping. I have it installed in my 200 sq ft green house and it has trouble keeping up.

I’m receiving the product the very next day opened it up and set it all up. Get an H on the screen to plug it in on a scale -40 have no idea how to reset it look it up contact support hours into this. Tell me how to reset and reset go back through again hours. Later I finally give up same results contact customer support. I keep in mind the extended warranty as well however, customer support mirror or fire or whatever email still result for a piece of garbage smelling Customer support can’t help me through email live support so I asked for a refund, but they gotta look at their support team and have them help me be is a joke. Their product is a joke. Their customer supported a joke and I bought it from them before not had a problem, but I seem to have a problem is trash. Their support is trash garbage I won’t buy from them again and if I do, I won’t be directly through them that’s for sure.

Bad product, not giving the accurate results Nothing more to say Nothing more to say Nothing more to say

BUYER BEWARE!! They say they will give you a full refund within 30 days of purchase, but it's very deceptive. When you say you don't want it or need it anymore, they only refund a small portion of the total purchase price. It needs to be damaged, otherwise you don't get a full refund. Will never buy from them again, nor would I recommend them.
