Very helpfull unit - simple to assemble and strong to lift up wood stove up to 190 kg

A little clunky but well worth the money. I wish it had brakes.

This product is fairly heavy and that has meant that low cost shipping was out in the past, but this lift was sent to me at a low additional cost and that was a plus. When I unpacked this forklift I noticed that the pieces of metal where the wheels attached to were bent quite a bit, so I took a big pipe wrench and bent them to where the wheels should be pointed. Aside from that the assembly went ok and I have been using the lift quite often for 100 to150 pound loads with no problem. I certainly can’t complain about this lift for the price and usability

I was hoping I wasn’t gonna be asked this but here it is. Vevor , want me to be honest ? Well here it goes. Why ask about the service when there was nothing there to begin with. Ordered and never got nothing delivered , no updates on delivery, only to find out that the box was damaged and gets sent back without my knowledge! I was told it was gonna be replaced to giving me a refund for the convenience of the hassle to only get a refund through PayPal that I don’t have but paid on my credit card and that went through no problem and then to getting a refund back on my credit card that I still don’t have. About 3 weeks later and still nothing. I still have all of the emails and I’m not afraid to show the hassle I went through. So Vevor tell me how good is customer service cause with my experience it’s gross.
