We would have preferred the larger size 12 X 12, that you advertised. You advertise it but do not offer it to purchase. This one is a bit too small.

2 Tent pole roof Spokes were out of top wheel and not able to place back in. One seem on corner was ripped.

Was assembled wrong at manufacturing olant so wont pop up. Dont know how to fix it and so far havent heard from them how to do it without breaking it.. Dont have the box to send it back, so I am stuck with a non functioning $200+ gazebo. Update: After several emails with customer service, we have come to a satisfactory resolution. Waiting to see if they follow through.

We bought our Vevor pop-up tent in August 2026. So far we have set it up twice. It came with set-up instructions but not take down instructions. While taking the tent down we tried pulling down from the center. This didn’t work very well as the center came crashing down with significant force and smacked me in the face, cutting my lip and knocking a tooth loose. The second time we used the tent we had asked other users how they got their tent down and one gentleman showed us how to stand back against the side, grasp two supports and with steady downward pressure, slowly bring the top down. This worked much better. As to the quality of the tent, so far we have been pleased. We like having coverings on all sides and the Velcro attachments seem sturdy enough.

Bisher 2 mal aufgebaut und genutzt. Soweit grundsätzlich alles ok. Ich mache mir nur Gedanken über die Haltbarkeit der Klettverschlüsse der Seiten, da diese nicht gut vernäht sind. Auch sonst sehen die Nähte nicht vertrauenswürdig aus. Zudem steht die Luft, trotz Fliegengitter, sehr in dem Zelt. Es ist anscheinend nicht atmungsaktiv. So hatten wir morgens sehr viel Kondenswasser darin. Auch der Aufbau allein geht nur richtig, wenn man min 2 Seiten mit Seilen schon befestigt hat. Sonst hebt man das Zelt einfach nur an.

Took over 6 weeks and multiple chatbot sessions and emails to get the product ultimately well beyond the point of why it was ordered originally. Should have just paid the $10 more at a big box store to have it when needed. Do more and do better VEVOR!!!!

The material is very thin and I have a rip I am very disappointed I was so happy to receive it I’m hoping to get reimbursed. I used it once !

Der erste Eindruck nach dem Aufbau, welcher allein kaum möglich war, war toll und wir dachten das sieht echt schön aus. Nach einem kurzen Regenschauer mussten wir jedoch einige Mängel feststellen. Die Nähte sind an jeder Seite stellenweise offen und es tropfte das Wasser durch. Das Dach ist an einer Stelle beschädigt wodurch ebenfalls Wasser durch tropft. Auch sind die Regenschutzplanen zwar praktisch aber nicht durchdacht befestigt. Wäre schöner man könnte diese nach dem befestigen hochrollen. Das an und abkletten ist auf Dauer ziemlich nervig und die Haltbarkeit der Klettbänder leitet sehr. Ebenfalls könnte man auch zwei durchsichtige Wände aus PVC machen, damit man nicht komplett im Dunkeln sitzt. Auch wären im Innenraum an den Ecken Schlaufen gut gewesen, damit man innen auch mal eine Lichterkette aufhängen kann. Wir können den Hype um das Zelt nicht bestätigen. Hält nicht was jeder bei Tiktok erzählt/ verspricht. Schade ums Geld.

Not easy to push up the center roof as the unit keeps lifting, you have to put the unit on it’s side to reach the top pull out as you cannot just enter and then push up the roof as instructed as the unit just keeps lifting off the ground, also only way to secure the pop up is with tie down ropes, no securing wholes on the flaps
