I'll admit to being skeptical about the quality of the product at this price point but it really is a great deal on a good solid product. Yes, yuou'll have a couple of days work cut out for you if you do it yourself but i eill be worth it. You will need some extra help when first erecting it but other than getting some help from my wife at that stage, I was able to do the job myself even at my advanced age. Make sure to count all the parts before starting out because if you're shory a piece you could be several days with half a project waitiung for repolacement parts. I didn't have a problem but it pays to be careful. My only small concern is that the final covering section of the 'roof', which is situated on top at one end to act as sort of a protecting cover over the sliding panels when they're folded away may not last very long as it has no means to effectively drain off rain and will take a beating from Florida's summer Sun. When that goes I'll probably replace it with something more subtantial and permanent. If you're looking for a reasonably priced back porch sun cover that's not hartd for a DIY'r this is a safe bet.

As cheaply as this thing is made, you would think they could afford to provide a complete kit. Mine was short one small roller/hanger for the canopy and customer service is giving me a runaround about replacing it.

I do not know what the problem is with getting missing parts from vevor. Even though they gave me a partial refund for the missing parts, I would like to know why they could not go to the user manual and look up the parts s I did and send them. Are they too big of an operation to do that or what. I have ordered other items from vevor, with no problems. I just do not understand why this pergola was a problem.
