The two front poles were missing from the bag. I need to reach out to before to get replacement poles. I hope they make it right

Our tent has one door pole pouch missing. Disappointing …. We paid good money for this.

A failure of the gazebo occurred when opening the unit for the first time in my driveway. The cental hub fell apart when the nut fell off the bolt. The nut was the wrong size for the bolt. I had to disassemble the eight rods to press the bolt back through the fabric and use my own right sized nut. The eight rods scraped the sidewalls during re-assemblly.

Loved it but screen came with hole in it. Hoping I can get a repair kit!

The velcro down side panels wpuld be better inside. They dont mesh well on the putside with the tie downs.

My original 12x12 gazebo zipper malfunctioned. But I contacted vevor through their 24hr chat. I have nothing but good to say they have a quality product and stand behind it. So grateful for such a great experience

This is a great quality product but it needs atleast 3 people to open up. Closing it down is a simple 1 person operatiln but opening it up requires significant force and you need to hold down the tent with guy ropes or stakes and in my case, it still needed people to hold it.

I finally had a chance to use this tent on a recent trip. While it is a larger form factor than I had anticipated it held up pretty well - Pros - lots of room inside, easy to set up and decent value for the money. Cons - the interior hook is NOT very strong - we hung a light camp light from it and it only took 1/2 hour to come apart! Literally the stitching gave way at the roof! Very disappointing.
