I purchased his canopy expecting it to be ok in mild winds, sunny days, and light rain. Wrong... mild winds, sunshine - okay. however, a light rain came while we were indoors prepping food, and when we came outside, we witnessed the canopy collapsing right before our eyes. Apparently, the rain collects in pockets along the side of the tent and has no drain... the fabric is not tight enough to provide run-off, so water pools and pools until the weight of approximately 2 gallons (8 litres) causes catastrophic failure in the cross braces.

la toile est vrm pas faite fort je les utiliser 3fois et j'ai deja plein de trou

I never used it ....I am so insulted with vevor a week late on delivery ...hadent it when I wanted it ...the Saif they would give me 20 euro off .never did ...all they want now is happy feedback .Well sorry negative from me .wouldent deal again .or recommend

Order is missing the position regulators

Save yourself some time and buy the more expensive 10x20 pop up tent sells. This model sucks - a bunch of screws fell out during the first use, and three rods snapped. Still awaiting support from vevor, but this is by far the worst product I’ve purchased, and I’m very disappointed.

Der Pavillon ist bei starken Regen zusammengebrochen. Insbesondere die Metallheringe für die Befestigungsseile sind sehr schwach.

Lovely looking marquee , easy to put up and pack up but very flimsy. On second use a manufacturer error prevented me from being able to pack it up. Requested refund.

The rail broke after two uses. Not good quality at all.

I would love to leave a review but the canopy got lost in shipping and i never received it. I was so looking forward to using this canopy at my next competition but unfortunately I had to purchase a different brand that I’m not satisfied with.

Whatever you do do not order anything from Vivan their customer service is lousy. They don’t respond to claims there is no telephone number. It’s fraud. It’s a waste. It’s a scam. Do not order anything from VV. It’s a waste of time. Their product sucks unprofessional customer service I will report this bad reviews online everywhere I can find I filed a claim and I still haven’t got a response back four days later business days later so right now you or I’m gonna go online And every kind review I find about your company would be a negativity. I will warn everybody out there to not buy your product because if they do, you can’t return it for whatever reason because their customer service is unresponsive, horrible company to deal with absolutely disgraced embarrassment to the consumer to the average consumer of management needs to get a hold of me. Send me an email. They have my information but I advise anybody out there that do not buy this product.
