Disappointed with product and service
One of the legs had a hole in the wrong spot. Customer care took a week to decide to replace the leg. Then said they shipped it. I reached out for an update on arrival and then was told the part was lost. No offer to ship another leg. They finally said we could ship it back and get a refund. No offer to send a replacement. Very disappointing experience.

Unit Subpar AI Customer Service Sucks
913 × 607 mm Flacher Grundriss – ohne zusätzliche Beistelltische
The unit came damaged and vevor’s customer service sucked. After weeks of dealing with their AI customer service I finally got a partial refund. Do yourself a favor and do not do business with Vevor.

Worst customer service ever my package was missing 2 screws that I couldn't get anywhere else and they couldn't help me out I had to return the item so they lost the sale and had to pay to have it shipped back over 2 screws and it took like 20 days probably all could of been resolved if I could of talked to a human I would give zero stars but it wouldn't let me
