Achat consommable?
Weiß Vertikal 6 L
Bonjour,
J’ai réalisé mon premier pressage de raisin! Super produit!

Good for price
My first impression was disappointing. The coarse thread makes the handle wobble. The inner strainer has relatively few holes. The drain tube isn’t right at the bottom. But once you’ve added the berries, the raised outlet works well, because otherwise the juice would start flowing as soon as you put them in, and to drain it, you just need to tilt the whole press downward. So far, I’ve tried it with cherries; with larger quantities, it’s hard to squeeze them. Later, I’ll try currants.

Could have been 5 stars but…
Could have been 5 stars but mine was missing the bolts for the feet to stay on and the pins to secure the top and bottom frames together.
Also the manual is garbage and covers only one of the many different models available that they make, they just have a picture of this one on the first page and a disclaimer saying that the manual is not for your specific model. Not the best place to cut corners. It’s a manual for the product, writing one is as easy as a 9th grade book report. Don’t be lazy VEVOR, write a dang manual for you products it’s not that hard.

Good to crush Indian fig opuntia leaves
The main purpose of the crusher was to crush Indian fig opuntia leaves. It's an easy task when the leaf has just been cut. It's more difficult when the leaf is two years old and already has a lot of fiber. Even in the latter case, the cutting system proved effective. I can't say the same about the funnel. The welds are very fragile, and it separated into its elements. I admit that it wasn't necessary for the leaves. Why do I want to crush agave leaves? To obtain green matter. I tried to leave the leaves, but they reproduce.

Dual uses
I will get around to crush apples when they come to be this summer. For now. I'm going to use the crusher to size charcoal for bio-char. Made a kon-tiki kiln and am converting firewood scraps, bark and rotten lumber into barbecue charcoal and bio-char to mix with litter in laying house. It kills odor and absorbs nutrients from the litter and only releases nutrients when a plant root siphons them out. Found a video of a crusher powered by a post hole digger (which Vevor also sells) on youtube. Just type in "powering apple crusher to make bio-char" and is should pop up. This crusher looks to be able to do the job easily.

Vevor fruit and apple crusher
What can I say - it works well. I quartered the apples and cranked away, dropping the chopped pieces into a large bucket below. When I got tired of hand cranking, I used my power drill. For what I need, it's perfect. Well made, sturdy, reliable.
